I have seen so many times the person who wants to get into their splits or any other move/trick that demands a certain range of motion in the body so badly that they do practice at home, which is amazing, but they are the power of mobility work and just focus on the stretching

When does the course start and finish?
The 1st section of the course will be available for you to practice June 29th, 2023, 2nd section on July 6th, 2023and the 3rd section on July 12th, 2023 Once you started you practice and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you'll have access to it for a lifetime to practice again and again
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
I’ve never practised online before, will it work for me?
Yes, I have created these pre-recorded classes in a way that is very easy to follow an dif you have any questions you can always send me an email
I don’t have any fancy equipment, what will I need?
You will need a few things to practice, like yoga blocks, yoga straps and a yoga mat. In each video I offer the alternatives that you can use instead, like a towel, a scarf a belt or a book with a hard cover. If you want to invest in some equipment I will recommend you to buy an elastic band and the yoga block for comfort, otherwise it can be replace with object you might have at home or in your hotel if you are travelling
What if I need extra support?
We'll have 3 live calls to hold space for the weeks of the duration of the course to follow up and ask questions
I’ve never trained with you, how do I know it’s right for me?
I understand is hard to trust if you have never done any of my classes. If that is the case feel free to do any of my classes in my YouTube channel so you an get to know me first.

Are refund available if I am not happy with the course?
I truly believe that these classes are full of valuable information but I understand we are all different so I might not work exactly as you planned. To be able to get a refund you will have to show proof of following the program doing the video classes as recommended and a valid explanation within 20 days of purchasing it
