Originally form Argentina, Renée Ravazzani is passionate about physical activity, the kind that helps you to feel good and overcome from fears to anxiety and low self-esteem and makes you realise how much are you capable of doing.
When Renée started her personal training in aerial circus acrobatics there weren't teachers who knew much about yoga, anatomy, and acrobatics combined to deliver proper education. So she had to develop her owns trainings according to her needs depending on what she wanted to learn in the grown and in the air.
She's a pioneer of yoga and acrobatics education, founding Sannyasa, Online Yoga School for Acrobats, an online platform that enhances the physical and proprioceptive skills of all acrobats worldwide. Now, let's be honest, the combination of yoga and acrobatics is a perfect combination, it will help you to know your physical body and your spiritual body, but is not for everyone. Can I practice if I am a totally yoga beginner?
This is not about getting exhausted with a powerful yoga practice. Is about exploring the path of reflection and learn how to include the yoga practice in your life on and of the mat We use the asanas ( yoga postures) as a channel to connect our physical bodies with our emotional and spiritual bodies. Whit that said please understand that the physical part of this practice is not hard. Easier variation of the poses is available as well as harder variations of the poses. Making git adjustable to your practice
Do I need any special props?
No, the only thing you need is your yoga mat, a candle, pen and paper. Anything else is extra o enhance your practice, like incenses or background music If you don't have a yoga mat you can use a towel or a blanket😉 I also recommend having a pillow or a mediation cushion for the practice
